No Hassle Returns
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us.
You have 5 days to determine if you want to keep your furniture, whether you don't like the color, don't think it's comfortable enough or just changed your mind, it's no problem.
We respectfully ask that the furniture be in the same conditioned as it left the store.
There can be no returns on the following items: bed pillows, mattress pads, opened mattresses and adjustable bed bases.
Normal delivery charges would apply if we pick up your furniture.
If you are unhappy with your special order, under most circumstances, you may return it.
But there is a 25% restocking fee and no refunds on delivery charges or fabric protection.

You don't have to wait for a special sale or spend your weekends shopping all over Indiana.
Our secret is low overhead and commitment to offering the best prices.
We do not hype phony markdowns like the Big City stores.
For over 30 years we have offered leading brands like Sealy, La-Z-Boy, TempurPedic, and Broyhill.
We must be doing something right . . .
We guarantee that you cannot make an identical furniture purchase, with comparable services, for a lower price anywhere in our market area for 20 days from date of purchase.
If you do, we would owe you $500.

Hate waiting?
We understand and schedule your delivery with a CONVENIENT ONE HOUR time window!
And if you don't need your furniture right away, that is fine. We will happily hold your furniture for as long as you need (FYI: the record is over 3 years!).
Size Does Matter
We are huge with three floors of furniture.
For example, we stock over 100 chairs, display 24 different mattresses, display over 1,200 fabric swatches for over 50 living room groups.
We are sure you'll find exactly what you're looking for; however, if not, we will be happy to special order your furniture.

That's because we're a locally owned family business.

Furniture AwareHouse was founded in 1977 by Scott Davis shortly after graduating from DePauw University.
