Do you deliver?

Absolutely. We deliver to greater Greencastle, Indiana and surrounding areas. For an additional fee, we can deliver outside of our normal area. Just give us a call for a quote.

How long will it take for my custom order to arrive?

Typically, we are able to deliver in-stock merchandise within a week. If an item is custom ordered, we will let you know and give you a timeframe for expected delivery. Though exact lead times vary by vendor, most custom orders take between 4-6 weeks to arrive..

What do i do if an item I had shipped to me arrives damaged?

If any item breaks or is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Is financing available?

When can I get my delivery?

We make several deliveries a week across Greencastle and surrounding areas. Because of that we route deliveries by area and along the most efficient route.

Do I have to wait all day for my delivery to arrive?

No. Again, because of our routing efficiencies we can narrow your delivery to a 2-hour window. We will call the night before to give you that time window, plus call you the day of your delivery from the stop before yours.

Can I have my delivery arrive at a specific time?

For a Express Delivery fee ($96) we can schedule your delivery to a specific time, Monday through Saturday.

What are your return policies?

As a Furniture Awarehouse customer you have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please give us a call or email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange.
