As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 765-653-8663 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

DELIVERY OR CUSTOMER PICKUP?

Let us help you decide! Often times, furniture is heavier and more awkward to move into a home than most people realize. We always regret when customers decide to take home their furniture and damage it or their property, or injure themselves in the process.

5-STAR DELIVERY SERVICE INCLUDES:

  • We will give you a convenient 1-hour window for your delivery.
  • Our experienced crew will gently place your new furniture into your room just the way you want it.
  • Your merchandise will be blanket-wrapped and loaded into our custom designed delivery trucks. Our "E-Track" tie down system and finished wood flooring inside the trucks assure that your furniture will arrive in the best possible condition.
  • We will gladly reposition "like" furniture within that room. However, per insurance company restrictions, we cannot move your furniture to different locations in your home. Nor are we able to remove windows, doorframes, lighting, etc., to accommodate deliveries.
  • We respectfully ask that you provide a clean safe, dry route from the driveway into your home –especially if delivering in rain or snow. (Please understand that our delivery team is not able to remove their shoes while carrying heavy items into your home.)
  • Please see the store for the lowest delivery fees in Indiana.

CUSTOMER PICKUP POLICIES

  1. Please call at least 2 hours before your pickup.
  2. Bring blankets and tie-downs to secure your furniture.
  3. Bring helpers to load and secure your furniture. Per insurance company restrictions, we cannot be responsible for loading or any damage to your furniture once it leave our store.
  4. For unopened cartons, any concealed damage that is discovered at your home must be reported to the store the same day.
  5. Any damage occurring to the merchandise as a result of the customer’s pick up will be repaired on a charge basis. This merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
  6. Pickup hours are M – Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, Saturday 10am – 4:00pm, and Sunday 1:00pm – 4:00pm. Please know that we have only sales associates working on the weekends.
